Pocket-it! Games Studio builds commercial mobile applications. These applications are provided by and are intended for use as is. This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile applications that were developed by Pocket-it! Games Studio. 

 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the applications or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you.  We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

The applications developed by Pocket-It! Games Studio do not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

 

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the applications?

No. Most applications use the Corona SDK. This SDK may collect non-private data in regards to session, platform, application bundle and advertisements displayed.
